Website and SMS terms
Terms for website requests, calls, and project texts.
Worley Construction offers a non-marketing project communications program for requests submitted to Worley Construction. These Terms describe the program. They do not themselves grant consent to receive text messages. Accepting general website terms, submitting a request without checking the optional SMS box, or placing a call does not create SMS consent.
Website information and requests
This website provides general information and a way to begin a conversation about a possible project. A request does not confirm scope, availability, scheduling, price, materials, or acceptance of work. Those details require a separate agreement with Worley Construction.
Enrollment and consent scope
You may submit a project request without joining the text program. To opt in through the website, provide your mobile number and separately check the optional, unchecked SMS box. Consent applies only to Worley Construction, the mobile number provided, and communications about that request. It does not authorize marketing, promotions, unrelated campaigns, or retroactive enrollment of prior requesters. Separate consent is required for another sender, another message subject, or a marketing program.
Website confirmation program
For each website request submitted with SMS consent, Worley Construction sends one non-marketing confirmation text. Consent for one confirmation does not authorize a customer conversation or future texts about another request.
Website Notification Line
The Website Notification Line is automated, is not the business's published Business Phone, and is not monitored as a customer conversation inbox. If you independently text that line, your inbound message permits one directly responsive fixed support redirect, sent no more than once during a rolling 24-hour period. STOP, HELP, and START command responses may also be sent. Ordinary replies do not reach the contractor. To contact the business, call Worley Construction at (509) 670-5751.
Calls to the notification line
A call to the Website Notification Line plays a disclosure. When forwarding is available within the service's usage and safety controls, the line makes one direct attempt to connect the call to Worley Construction at (509) 670-5751. If paid forwarding is paused, the announcement provides that number without creating a second voice leg. The line does not provide platform voicemail, recording, transcription, or missed-call text-back.
STOP, HELP, and START
Reply STOP to opt out. One final confirmation may be sent after an opt-out request, and no further non-command messages will be sent unless new valid consent is obtained. Reply HELP for help, or call Worley Construction at (509) 670-5751. Replying START may remove carrier-level suppression, but it does not create consent for a new project request or broaden earlier consent.
Charges and delivery
Message and data rates may apply. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or blocked by a wireless carrier or service interruption. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Program changes
Worley Construction may change or end the program. Changes to these Terms do not broaden existing consent. If a material change affects the sender, subject, or permitted message types, new consent will be obtained when required.
Responsible use and urgent situations
Do not use the website or communications line for unlawful, abusive, or automated submissions. This website and its communications features are not emergency services. For urgent danger, contact the appropriate emergency service.
